Think like a founder
Entrepreneurial thinking for people inside an organisation: how to spot a problem worth solving and take ownership of it.
In the room: each person picks one real problem from their own job to work on all session.

Decide under uncertainty
How to make a call when the information is incomplete, and how to explain that call to a manager.
In the room: teams decide on a case with half the facts missing, then defend the decision.

Turn the plan into action
Breaking a goal into first steps, owners and dates, so the idea is still moving the week after the workshop.
In the room: each person writes a one-page plan and presents it to a partner.

Saif Al Manji has spent more than 13 years working in and around Oman's energy sector. He started in HR and learning and development, where he helped build and deliver leadership programmes.
Alongside that career he has built his own companies since 2015. Some worked and some did not. Both go into the workshop.
